METHOD

Cream Beef Hash
500g Minced Beef.
Diced par boiled potato
salt/pepper.
Bay leaves/parsley
Small onion chopped.
Cream/oxo

Dice potato and boil
Fry mince onion and herbs
Add oxo and a little water
Mix in the potatoes
Add the cream. cool a little before scoffing.
